Enter your Resend API key to enable email sending. Get your API key

What is Resend?

Resend is a professional email delivery service. We use it to ensure your emails are delivered reliably. Creating an account is free and takes less than a minute.

1

Create a Resend Account

Visit Resend.com and sign up for a free account. You just need an email address to get started.

Go to Resend Sign Up
2

Verify Your Email

Check your inbox for a verification email from Resend and click the verification link.

3

Navigate to API Keys

After logging in, click 'API Keys' in the left sidebar menu of your Resend dashboard.

Go to API Keys Page
4

Create a New API Key

Click the 'Create API Key' button. Give your key a name like 'Email Platform'.

Important: Select "Full access" Permission

When creating your API key, you must select "Full access" permission, NOT "Sending access". The "Sending access" option only allows sending emails, but features like Sync Contacts require full API access to work properly.

If you see the error "This API key is restricted to only send emails", please delete your current API key and create a new one with "Full access" permission.

5

Copy Your API Key

After creating the key, copy it immediately. The key starts with 're_' and will only be shown once!

6

Paste It Above

Paste the API key you copied into the 'Resend API Key' field above, then click 'Save Settings'.

Keep Your API Key Private

Your API key is like a password. Never share it publicly or with anyone you don't trust. If you think your key has been compromised, delete it in Resend and create a new one.

Testing Without Your Own Domain

If you don't have your own domain yet, you can use delivered@resend.dev as the sender email for testing. This allows you to test the platform before setting up your own domain.

For syncing contacts with Resend Segments. Find it at resend.com/audience → Segments → Your Segment → ID

2Sender Information

Configure the sender name and email address for your emails

Must be a verified domain in your Resend account. For testing, you can use delivered@resend.dev
